Disappointing

Not sure we would stay at this location again.

Room and beds were ok, location is good.

Services on desk at arrival and departure. My wife felt she was poorly treated on arrival while she waited for me to park the car, she was told she had no access to the room without my ID, even with her name on the booking, they were happy to accept her money to pay for the room, plus a deposit, but not provide a key for access until I arrived. I believe this was a manager, not just reception staff. At departure told there is no provision for ACCOR points or acknowledgement didn't help but then told our deposit may take up to 5 days for return is ridiculous. These things must make it difficult for the reception staff, who apart from the manager were helpful and apologetic.

not worth your money

i liked the location and the bed was comfortable

i didnt like how the photos were different to the actual room we got, $1000 for what we got was not worth it and when we asked if it was possible to change our rooms the staff member was not nice about it she had a very bad attitude, the staff member proceeded to say you got what you paid for and it was new years we wanted to enjoy our time and her attitude was not necessarily especially on NYS

The hotel was on Southbank, Melbourne and was within walking distance to the Yarra river and the shopping district. The hotel was very modern and had rooftop bar, pool and laundry facilities in the apartment.
