We got scammed!!!

Only the location of hotel is good.

-The mattress is very old and low quality causing 3 of us back pain after sleeping for one night. - After we told the hotel that we couldn't sleep here any longer due to the mattress issue, the hotel manager tricked us to cancel our booking by telling us to confirm with booking.com that we didn't show up to the hotel so that they don't have to take any resposibility even though we already stayed for one night. This is crazy and dishonest. - No elevator down to the ground floor, you have to take the stairs before you can use elevator. Very incovenient especially when you have large baggage and the elevator fits only 2 persons. - You have to walk to another building to get your breakfast and also breakfast is not as the same as advertised and shown in the picture at hotel. It is not worth the money we paid. - Toilet amenities which shown in hotel website is "Ferragamo" brand but in fact they didn't match. Over advertising!!

Nothing special but could have been good if it wasn't for the smell and the toiletries issues.

This place is close to a Metro station and not a long walk into the main area of Rome. The place contacted me before to check when I would be checking in and the check-in process was easy and simple.

The room was small, but was expected. However, there were some real issues that one would not expect. Firstly there was no hand soap at all, the only toiletries was 3 very small bottles: 1 shampoo, and 2 hand lotions. I needed the shampoo bottle to use for washing myself and hand lotions are not a soap. To add to this the bathroom area had a distinct septic smell, thankfully keeping that door closed meant the smell didn't get in to the sleeping area. They did clean the room and replaced the bottles but there was still no hand soap after the cleaning. There was no milk, even UHT/long life milk, which was weird as they had a coffee machine, kettle, and tea supplies.

Great hotel, Great room. Opt out of breakfasts

Room was exactly as described. It was very spacious with plenty of counter top space. There were drink making facilities and a fridge. The bathroom was quite large too. Youll be very thankful for the sound proofed room with this location. Upon opening the window, youll realise how amazing it is. With the window closed, its really quiet. The check in and check out process was really good! Very efficient and all online. The staff are contactable over WhatsApp which is good to know. The hotel offered free lockers for your use once youd checked out which was amazing!

Breakfast is served at local cafes. We had two cafes over our stay and one I would not recommend. There is no choice at the cafes as you have a voucher to use which is limited and anything else you have to pay for. So Id suggest saving your money and opting to not have the breakfasts included and finding your own cafes. There are loads within a 5 minute walk!

Very good

Location was perfect for arriving at Roma Termini and as base to explore. Staff were very helpful and friendly including before arrival calling to say room was ready early. Bed very comfy and room had everything needed. A great stay.

Radiators were on full blast despite it being warm outside and therefore not required - also not possible to turn off the radiator in the bathroom (also that is not in line with claims of eco friendly). Coffee was not replaced without having to ask and nobody around. Bike hire was not available 'at the accommodation' as stated - sure they could refer you to somewhere nearby but that's not as described. Would be very happy to stay again though - just a few points for improvement.

The most convenient hotel in Rome

The hotel was really nice it was very clean and the staff where very helpful, another bonus is that the hotel is at a location close to the city center also there is a bus stop right below it so if you wanna go somewhere alse it's very easy. All in all this hotel gets a 10/10

Nice Little Guest house

Nice Location. Close to Metro & only few minutes walk from Rome Central (Termini) train station. Loads of restaurants in the vicinity, super market is not far either on the same street just couple of blocks away. All lands marks are on walking distance (around 2 kilometres) except Vatican that is around 4 km.

No sound proofing. You can hear people next door. No heating even though night temperature was in single figures.
