Overall very satisfied with our stay in Serenity Villa, good value for money.

The location was excellent, just some meters from the Night Market and the Old Town. Staff was very helpful and the room cleaned every day. The room was big and comfortable, with a nice little balcony.

Everything was perfect. The room was spotless. Wifi worked without any issues. Location is good and just a short walk to the ancient town. Mr Tinh and his staff are very friendly, informative, and approachable, and even provided us with bicycles and umbrellas to make our trip easier! The hotel itself is very luxurious, I dont see how anyone could complain about anything, especially considering how reasonable the price is. We will definitely be returning here if we stay in Hoi An again. Thank you Mr Tinh!

Fantastic hotel

Everything this a gem off a hotel the staff owner where brilliant couldn't do enough for you. Organising trips and taxis rooms super clean perfect location 30 metres away from market and 5/7 min walk from old town

If you did find a fault, it would be sorted right away as the hotel can not do enough for you.

What a great 3 nights stay. We lived it and would stay at the same place again. It was so convenient. The staff was amazing and got us everything that we asked for . The room was clean and large with a shower that was magnificent. You will not go wrong staying here .

Magical

Located just a few meters from night markets and all the walking streets with lanterns and the river. Many places to eat or have a drink or a coffee. Loved the place. Free bicycle was good to go to the beach about 5 kms flat. At the beach you can have a drink and or food and you get free beach chairs, towel and shower. They are lovely people. Thanks to my hotel for the great stay and the breakfast. Stayed 3 nights but I wish I stayed longer.

worth for the location and friendly staff

Location and availability staff to book transportation and tours. The staff is super nice even though is hard to communicate with them.

- laundry shrink our clothing a lot and this is my first time in months traveling that i paid laundry and they did not iron it. - if you book any transportation with the hotel make sure they booked the correct bus because we had to change it. - wifi not the best. - hot water not sufficient for two people showering
