The overall view in the hotel is amazing, great landscape on the whole walkway to the pool and super chill to stay in the poolside with ocean view

Tower with hair and tape...................... And the shampoo and body shampoo are not nice in quality

Best hotel and community in Rawai, clean , clear and green ! fantstico

The breakfast is amazing, the hotel is well located in Rawai beach with amazing views, our family stayed in 3 hotels in Phuket and this one was the best hotel by far, the pool and community is a big bonus where you can share some experiences such as Ice bath,... all day you have activities organized by the staff, the views are amazing, the pool and chillout area is just unbelievable. i loved the hotel very much, we booked a cabane and sea view room and due to availability, they had upgraded us to a Penthouse with a private pool and kitchen. super super clean and green

Disappointing

Staff good but not value for money

We liked the staff at reception.

Except the staff, we didnt like anything. The room felt suffocated with no place to keep luggage. The access to beach is not so nice. Actually, there is no beach where you can relax and enjoy.

Amazing hostel/resort but room that not good

Stunning. Amazing view from pool. Free ok gym.

Really noisy beds and a lot of mold in the room which is not so healthy to breath in.

Amazing but terrible beds

Everything was amazing except just some few things.

Beds are terrible noisy (no joke) so dont expect to have a good night sleep if you stay in a dorm. Coworking place is more a common area with kitchen, not worth to pay extra to be there (2 hours are included). Bit expensive at the pool area aye and no allowance to bring outside food or drinks. A coconut cost 200 bath, but 30 down the street.

Beautiful property, clean and updated facilities, not ideal location

Beautiful pool area and dining area/bar. Excellent facilities for the dorms, especially the Selena Home, super clean and comfortable, private beds with curtains. Also, lots of activities and classes to join in on.

The location isnt the best, but fine if you plan to spend most time on the property. There were lots of screaming kids all day at the pool when I was there, and though its no ones fault, it made it hard to enjoy.
