Very conveniently located next to Barajas airport and very handy shuttle that takes us back & forth

the room was very well designed to fit 2 kids as the room had 2 foldable beds that turn into a bunk bed and there was enough room for everyone. Admittedly it was an overnight stay so that's all I can say.

Location, if you are travelling from Madrid and flying early, they have a shuttle bus for free.

Disappointing

I would not recommend this hotels the price that you pay does not meet expectations.

That is close to the airport and that it has airport shuttle available which passes every 45 min

The AC is super noisy thus, I could not sleep . The telephone was not working I had to go down stairs twice to reach out the reception and when I explained this to the main desk I was told that there were no other rooms available and only until then a person came to check the telephone . But it took a lot of complaining for them to come to the room to check the phone .

Superb

Receptionist and shuttle bus driver were very kind and helpful. Checking in was very smooth. The shuttle bus driver helped me with my luggage (unlike other hotels I've tried).

Super friendly staff. Convenient free shuttle bus from and to the airport.

The gym could do with some free weights. The room could do with a coffee or tea station. The shower needed some tightening of pipes

Exceptional

The shuttle service to the airport in the morning was very fast and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly and capable. We arrived by metro and found the walk to be a little far for us but would return to stay at the same hotel but would take a taxi next time. The hotel has a restaurant which has a small menu but good tasting food and good service so would recommend as well.
