    Place is located in the heart of the city. We could book breakfast for 25 Dec just a night before. A great advice from the person at the reception

    Poor breakfast - not many choices and Poor quality. Could have been much better. Did not deserve the money we paid.

    We loved our stay at Sercotel Ayala. The room was clean and warm, there was plenty of bedding, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Staff was very kind and helpful before and during our stay, as well as during check-out. The location is excellent, a short walk from a metro stop and the train station and less than ten minutes walking to get to the old town.
    The temperature in the room was sometimes a bit uncomfortable. Even though it was cold out, sometimes it was excessively stuffy. The area can be a bit noisy because it's a shopping area and close to the train station, but the rooms are pretty well insulated for that.

    Beautiful modern rooms, luxury feel and very central. Polite staff and very dog friendly!!
    We liked that the room was modern, clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly. The hotel was dog friendly and they even had a dog bed waiting for us.
    The parking situation. The hotel doesn't have parking but they offer a discount at a nearby parking. However, it's still very expensive and unexpected.

    Superb location, clean and brand new hotel!
    The location is superb. Close to the old town and new town. Side by side of the train station. 1 minute walk to the main shopping street, 8minutes away of Guggenheim. If you would like to enjoy all the aspects of the city, Museum, shopping, gastronomy, everything is at walking distance. The hotel is very new, clean and the reception is very helpful.
    I asked for laundry service and reception informed me to leave the plastic bag in my room. However I guess they forgot my request and did not got the bag from my room. Unfortunately I could not use the laundry service.

    Location, walking distance from mayor attractions in Bilbao. The staff was friendly and help with tips about were to eat, most see and how to get there. Always welcome everyone that enter the hotel.
