Bad

The utensils were not cleaned and stinking. There were cockroaches in the bathroom too. Sofa was not cleaned.

Would not stay again

The view from the balcony

We booked two apartments as we had family from over seas here for the holidays. Upon arrival the apartments had not been cleaned and we wre advised at 3.05pm that one of the apartments would not be ready to after 4pm (check in 3pm) To compensate Emma suggest we do late check out of one hour, I asked twice for management to reach out to me and still have heard nothing back. In the one bedroom apartment there was no blinds in the living room so the two people sleeping on the sofa bed had nothing to block out any light. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, the blankets had cigarette burns on them and the pillows where filthy. Extremely disappointed at what we got for the price we paid. It was embarrassing to show family this type of accommodation.

Waste of money

The property is located in an A-one high-rise building and boasts a sea view.

The water from the air conditioner in my bedroom leaked when I used it, and as a result, my carpet was wet and my bed became smelly . This is unacceptable, and it had a negative impact on my experience. When I asked the receptionist about the situation, he rudely told me to contact my booking agent as I had booked through a third party.

Excellent views but with a premium and you take risk of getting a ticket for parking in wrong place

Superb location. You just can not get wrong being in this hotel or place. Excellent views of skyscrappers and the beach.

Highly expensive. paid 700 $ a day to stay in and around 2100 $ for 3 days stay. There are two biggest disppointments with this booking. 1. No dedicated parking. The free parking was always full and did had to park car outside on roads. If you are paying a premium for it, at least dedicated parking is a must. 2. The reception staff was extremly rude. When approached them in hotel they refused to entertain. Even if they know the answers to common question, they just did refused to reply saying you are coming from third party. Such an example of question i asked, the wifi password. A total disappointment.

Very clean and the view was awesome!

Nothing really. It was excellent. Just minor like maybe needs new sofa or new cover to hide the ripped and sewn part of it. But other than that it was very good!
