Superb

Delicious breakfast. Hot water in the shower, air-conditioning in the room, relatively quiet room. Large and comfy bed. Refrigerator, table for working. The hotel's location is good - lots of restaurants and shopping, groceries store next to it.

AC is a bit too loud on the lowest speed setting so that it can be heard during the night. A lizard in the bathroom. Some noise from other rooms can still pass through.

Very pleasant time and super friendly staff

I rarely give the qualification 10, because perfect doesnt exist. And also in this hotel there might be some small details at the room furniture that arent perfect, but thats nitpicking compared to the super friendly staff. They are not "just professionally friendly, but sincerely and warmly friendly and they do all they can to give you a pleasant stay and make you feel welcome there. Besides that, the breakfast is outstanding and has a wide choice. And they have a convenient direct access to the mall with complete facilities. I had a very pleasant time here and I certainly will come back.

Modern, clean and very relaxing hotel in the heart of Bandung.

Excellent hotel. The swimming pool was lovely and it was a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Very relaxed atmosphere and close to shopping mall. The breakfast was a big buffet of good food. Modern hotel in heart of Bandung. Made for a very pleasant holiday.
