We would stay again but we wont book the breakfast option again.

The staff was very friendly and the room was big enough for even a family of four with smaller kids. The hotel is right next to the beach in a quiet area with some restaurants around. The hotel has a garden which invites you to sit and relax, read, have a meal or just listen to the sound of the waves. The food we ordered for lunch or dinner was good. I really appreciated the water filling stations (if this is the right word) so bring your own bottle to help to avoid plastic rubbish.

The breakfast could have been better. We travelled in October which is shoulder season. Meaning the variety of food offered was depending on the amount of people who were staying there each day. If you walk down the road to the North youll find a nice little cafe at the corner where they serve very good Western breakfast for a very reasonable price.

We have been there just for one night and left earlier as planned.

Staff was friendly.

Photos on Booking.com didnt match the reality and didnt meet expectations. It looks much more rundown as on the photos. It is not a 4 star hotel. The outside location looks poor and sad.

Its on but I expected something a lot better for the price I paid

If you are lucky with the weather you have the pool, the beach and the beach bars/restaurants to enjoy. If you arent that lucky then there isnt much to do! The old town is approx 15 mins away with the taxi but if the weather is bad you dont really have much to do there either (you can maybe get something tailored for yourself, go to a nice restaurant or a bar, do the latern making workshop and see the Bamboo circus which is indoors). Beds and pillows were comfy! Also the water pressure was really good (from my experience not so common in hotels in Vietnam)

*Staff were nice but they barely spoke any English! Even getting an iron or a pen from the reception seemed like an impossible mission! If you need help just use your google translator! And if you want to book a tour you either speak with the hotel manager or just use the get your guide website! *breakfast was very poor. Also, fruit didnt taste fresh! Not sure if they prepared them days before or just kept putting out fruit from yesterday but didnt taste fresh! *rooms were outdated so photos are misleading! The rooms really need some TLC (scratches, stains, etc) and a proper depo clean! They might look clean but they are quite dusty. I personally found the hotel overpriced for what it was!

Nice hotel but we were there at a bad time

Beach access and nice garden Good breakfast

Rooms overlooking the pool didn't feel very private. Buildings works going on within the property which we weren't alerted to on booking. Rooms were quite damp, although it was heavily raining. If it had been nice weather the issues above probably wouldn't have been so apparent.
