Good location, good views, but property needs serious maintenance, cleaning at end should not be in guest

Location is Best Walk across 1 minute for surfers beach Balcony Views are great Doors slide out giving big open views

Parking Not Enough Maintenance issues with property. Sliding door were stuck, kitchen was very old, in general rooms need upgrading Guest are expected to clean up dishes and keep areas tidy before you leave. So little disappointing for hefty prices we paid

The apartment we booked and paid for in advance doesn't look like the one we ended up with. It does not meet a one star rating, let alone the four star they claim to be.Couches were hollow, beds uncomfortable, no air-conditioning throughout unit, fans in bedrooms can not suffice in 37 degrees Celsius. Dusty and dirty with clothing items under beds.Water leaks on ceilings and bathroom fans not working. We were held ransom by management, who refused us a refund upon checking in and saw that it was not the advertised unit.

Close to main Beach and trams. Pool and BBQ well kept

The room was dirty on arrival, hair and dirt under couches. The cutlery and crockery were dirty/smeared. Back sliding doors to balcony were unlockable, completely siezed. When I told the manager he said he was aware but nothing he could do and nobody had been robbed, yet. The room is on the 2nd floor. Easily climbable. Eventually he gave us 2 poles to act as barriers when I challenged him on this. The beds were uncomfortable and one pillow each was thin/ very old. Bit mean on toilet paper - 2half rolls for 4 people for 4 nights. Generally the place was old and poorly maintained. Shame as we stayed here precovid and it was nice.

We had a great stay at the seacrest! Amazing views we stayed on 11d and we had both ocean and hinterland views was beautiful and the apartment itself was very spacious comfy beds a great location... will definitely be back

Good area, felt like I was staying in a dirty place making it an uncomfortable stay.

Was dirty, expect a place you pay that much for to be spotless. When asked if things could be cleaned the man from reception came up and cleaned with wet wipes?? Disappointed.
