Fraud Hotel

We booked the hotel through booking.com and received confirmation that the room is booked over the email. We reached Pondicherry and when we called the Hotel, the staff said that room is not available and we need to cancel our booking. This is an unpleasant situation while someone is traveling with family. The hotel staff blocked our contact as we tried reaching out to them. The hotel is not reliable if you are traveling from out of city and no idea about Pondicherry. This hotel is simply a red flag and not recommended for any tourists. Worst experience ever!

Location was good near aurovile beach and power backup was there, also it was pet friendly I did not have any problem with two dogs.

Not a single water bottle provided had to buy them. Towel and soap was not provided had to ask the owner and then he gave, no dustbin in room. Wash room was ok with geyser, but the taps were in bad condition. A basic amenity like WiFi is not available

can rate 10 but for cleanliness I would give 7

friendly caretaker and very much helpful guy.. can guide you in evening you need.

cleanliness.. It has to be more cleaned. after checked in there are too many huge spider web and dust. we complain and the caretaker immediately change the bed sheet and cleaned the web
