Location is good. Very limited parking if not reserved in time. Widely varied room furnishings.

Jammed between busy intersections. Passageway light out by stairs. No vanity around sink.

Parking lot fills up early, but there are additional options directly across the street so it wasnt too challenging to work around.

Wonderful location with great and helpful staff. Our room was clean and ready at time of checkin.

Location, size of room, and cleanliness.

The rooms are paper thin (I know it comes with age of the property) lots of noise from neighbors and housekeeping slamming doors and calling out to each other by your bedroom window early in the morning.

Don't go here. Not worth it anymore.

Location is nice and the beds were good

Price vs what you get.. maintenance is very very overdue. Pictures are old. There are cracks in the walls, floors, tiles everywhere. 1 chair when you book for 4 persons. Cleaning wasnt done properly. Hairs in the corners etc.. The guy at the reception was in a rush. Hardly any personal contact or even interest. Parking is 29 usd. Pff.

Very clean, comfortable and great location

There was a family with small kids who were very noisy and inconsiderate staying in one of the rooms close by. Front door slamming and kids running wild very early and late!

Road trip 3 night stop

We loved it. Parking is pricey and it's a bit of a Tetris game with other guests but all staff are absolutely amazing and helpful. Value for the money, no, but nothing really is anymore. There is a small fridge in the room and a microwave at the front desk. Coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The rooms are decorated perfectly and the beds are super comfy Lots of displaced people around but we felt safe the whole time (possibly naive Canadians tho haha) We would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

I think they did a great job. Wifi doesn't reach the 2nd bedroom but that may not really be there fault.

The location was great, very close to the pier and near a shopping district. Many restaurants around to go to. The room itself wasnt bad.

The parking situaltion was awful, they made us pay to park two blocks away from the property because all of their lot was full.

Very good

A very pleasant, well located and value for money accommodation. I'd be more than happy to return.

The apartment was clean and spacious enough for our requirements, and a good base for the 5 minute walk to the beach, Santa Monica Pier, the ocean facing restaurants, and only a 10 minute further walk to the shopping areas and cheaper eating establishments for less formal dining. There's good Starbuck's 3 minute walk on the corner of Olympic and Main for breakfast bites and coffee. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

Nothing really. The apartment was as described, the TV and Wi-Fi work great and if you take a laptop and HDMI cable with you, you can watch your own streaming channels. One or two items of furniture could do with an update, but nothing that spoils the stay.
