I was there for one day but I wish I stayed longer
The bed was next to a large window with a view of the Ostbahnhof. It was really cool. The room looks stylish, everything is clean

Happy Days
The room was modern and beautiful. I liked that I was able to see the spree from my bed. Very fab.
My room was quite cold and my room was positioned next to the lifts so was very noisy.

Nice Hotel , Nice location, you feel like home
Everything was good the room a little small but well organised . The hotel is in front of the ost Banhof so it is easy to move
We asked to clean the room at the reception for the day after but it was not done we informed the reception and they said that day it was late so they will do it the day after but we were leaving . We also leaved one day earlier but the room was not reimbursed probably because it was a package ?

We loved the location of the hotel. The beds were surprisingly very comfortable.

All in all an alright stay. Just wish it were a bit cleaner
The property was very close to the train station which made it very easy to get in an out of HBF.
The bed sheets were not fresh and we did request a linen change however housekeeping only changed the bins in our room not the bed sheets.

Good value for money at a great location!!
Great location, clean rooms, kind and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was also very good
Room size could be bigger. Also the pillows were too big and bulky, not quite comfortable for your neck!!
