Lovely stay in a great location

Fabulous location in a quiet street in the mix of the old quarter and Hoan Kien lake. Comfortable bed and good shower. Very lovely and kind staff, special thanks to Tam and his team who are happy to help with anything! A cold drink when you return from walking and even offered to bring me ginger tea and porridge when I wasnt feeling well. They organised a very comfortable car to Ninh Binh and stored our bag for when we return in a few days. Oh and it was a really great breakfast.

It was very close to everything- very close to Hon Kim Lake. Lots of food, massages, markets etc The staff were absolutely amazing! Jasmine welcomed us as soon as we arrived and was extremely helpful in every aspect. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and always happy. 11/10 for customer service. Keep up the great work!

Top choice in Hanoi

Great welcoming staff, always available and very fast at responding, prompt and helpful. Everything was perfect.

We are very easy and flexible with food and usually eat local at every meal. Breakfast is the only meal where we tend to stick to our habits which mean more continental style. On that side we found the breakfast a little limited in choice, with too many sugary products.

A great option in Hanoi Old Quarter

I highly recommend this Hotel if you are staying in Hanoi Old Quarter. Everything was perfect, from staff to room comfort. Closer to the main restaurants and in a good location, it is easy to get around. The breakfast is Fantastic. The buffet had a great range of options and everything was fresh and tasty.

Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff went up and beyond to make this stay amazing! I really appreciated all the help and for quickly solving any issues that arose during the stay. I really appreciated all the help from the staff with sitting down and noting the best places to go and to eat, and the kindness they provided during our stay. We had an early morning tour one day and had to miss breakfast, but the staff quickly made a to-go bag and it was such a great act of kindness! The staff always greeted us and asked if we needed anything, and this made the stay so much more enjoyable! Also, the location is absolutely perfect! Right in city centre with so many amazing places to eat in walking distance. The staff also have some contacts for the famous train crossing (you need to reserve a spot now as there is tighter security due to safety of the train in that area). Breakfast was also really delicious with a variety of options, and staff are helpful in accommodating as well! I highly recommend this hotel and would 100% stay here again when I come back to Hanoi!
