The staff at Eurostars M�laga were professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious, with some mentioning that the home suites were amazing. Very poor

2-star guest house, not a 4-star hotel.

The rooms are stinky but don't worry, after half an hour you get used to it until the next time you come back to the room. I said rooms because at the last night we had to change our room because the toilet got broken (the water didn't go down) and therefore we got to check a more "luxurious" room which had even worse smell and it was smaller. There is black mold on the walls and the edge of the glass frame of the bathrooms (photo attached). On the other hand, the water pressure is at the absolute minimum. You also have to stand in a very narrow bath tub, and at the same time, you have to be careful not to touch the disgusting glass or walls. It is literally better not to take a shower if you don't absolutely have to. There was also a disgusting trash can in the bathroom (photo attached), which we tried not to touch, and there is no trash can in the room. The staff are friendly and polite, but they can not help you any more than Google can. It was supposed to be an iron in the room, but there is actually a common iron located on the 6th floor. Room cleaning is not good at all. At our arrival, there were footmarks on the floor, but the beds were clean, so we didn't bother to let them know about that. We had our room "cleaned" every day, but the chips that my daughter left on the floor under the bedside table the first day were there when we checked out, and I believe it's still there. It seems like they were just making the bed, and that's it. Long story short, this hotel is a 2-star guest house at the best, not a 4-star hotel, and the price is so high.

Everything was good about the hotel. The receptionist (i guess Sandra) was very helpful providing all the info about the things to do. Amenities were good and met the expectations

Friendly staff, luxury hotel next to train station.

Very practical location if you travel by train. Less than 5 minutes walk from the train station ( from where you can travel to Malaga city centre (one metro stop), other cities on the coast for low cost and main train lines to Sevilla etc). Although its next to the train station, its very safe and quiet area (as opposed to other cities). Easy to walk to city centre. Kind staff. You can leave luggage before check-in if needed.

Wifi was unstable, although staff offered to help and I didnt take the opportunity.

Nice, relaxing stay with great breakfast and very friendly staff

My room was huge, too big for just me but not a complaint. I didn't use the gym (I was in Malaga for the marathon). Breakfast was great, lots of variety and excellent coffee. The location was good, a little out of town but not impossible to get there and walkable in 15 minutes. Or the train station is right around the corner

One unusual thing, on my last night I came back to my room in the late afternoon and my bed and pillows were damp. I didn't mention it at the hotel at the time as I just let everything air out and it was dry enough by the time I actually went to bed

The windows are not closing properly and you hear the street traffic all night long. The bathrooms are with damp humid areas in some places.

It was clean, roomy, and very quiet. Surprisingly quiet. Great location for connecting to train or even getting to / from airport. The walk to the center of town is pleasant, safe, approximately a mile, maybe less.

Long wait for elevators when a large group was leaving, all w sizable luggage one morning. The two elevators were too small to accommodate more than a couple of people at a time. I found the stairs and was good. If I were not up to walking I would go for something in town. But for me this was really great, loved the spacious, quiet room, the cleanliness and overall feel of the hotel. Staff were great, welcoming and helpful, even after Id checked out and needed help w a train ticket.
