Superb

Nice and cosy hotel for a short stay between Christmas and New Year, perfect base to explore Berlin

Really nice location close to/at Potsdamer Platz. Most of the Berlin central tourist attractions are in walkable distance. Room is modern, Scandinavian style. Two bottles of water, good selection of tea and coffee in room free of charge upon arrival. There is a mini 24 hour shop on site, with a stock cleverly put together focusing on little things, which can be forgotten easily when packing. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Shopping mall is opposite the hotel. Due to our packed schedule we could not try the restaurant on site.

Great location and accommodation.

Breakfast is definitely worth paying for. Great buffet.

The carparking is limited. Had to park in the Q-park next door and walk 0.5km.

Definitely not a romantic getaway type of hotel but very good otherwise.

Was very clean and the room looked better than in the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise.

The double bed was just two single beds put together, which wouldn't be that bad if they didn't also only give us two single bed sized duvets. Not at all optimal for couples who want to cuddle.

Fantastic hotel and location. Would highly recommended.

Great location for the Christmas markets.

Rooms were a bit small but it was no problem for us as we were out enjoying the amazing city most of our stay.

Extremely dirty rooms

It was quite central

It was extremely dirty. There were several different hair types everywhere in the room, surfaces, underneath the cups and glasses. Towels and pillows were stained and there was silverfish in the room. Absolutely unacceptable! We asked the staff to clean and nothing changed from one day to the other. All hair were in the same places as when we arrived.

The room, bar & breakfast were all good. Loved the scandic decor.

The room was a bit stale smelling & hot, despite having the window open all night. Pillows a bit small.

We had a great weekend in a fine hotel!

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was super with so many choices (loved the waffles). The staff was helpful, polite and friendly.

The closet in our room was not very practical, with very little shelf space for small items and plenty room to hang clothes. More shelf space or a drawer or two would make life easier.
