Great service and location at reasonable price

Nice and spacious family room, central location. Delicious breakfast with pho and many hot food dishes. Staff are so helpful, ready to help with anything. They rang up to change our bus pick up location and the pick up time as well as it was raining so we decided to leave early.

The room is clean but there were stains on a pillow. Wouldve given 10/10 rating otherwise

Amazing stay and we loved every moment of it. The hotel is centrally wand close from all attractions.

Staff was exceptional and helped me early check in as I went in early morning by train journey from Hanoi.. Hotel has an amazing terrace with fantastic views. Breakfast was very nice and wide variety to choose from.. Room was amazing and loved the hot water shower after driving through chill weather of Sapa!

Nothing to complain about.. everything was good!

Exceptional

Very comfortable room. Nice shower. Perfect place to come back to after a few days of trekking. Beautiful views from the cafe upstairs. Staff were so helpful and gave us a small local present when leaving!

This hotel was the best in our trip in Vietnam. The room were clean, big, comfortable and with amazing view. Extensive buffet breakfast accommodating every taste. The staff was exceptional! Kind and always ready to help! They also kept our lugguage the check out day until we got the sleeper bus back to hanoi. Thank you for everything! Highly raccomended!

Its so nearby to Sapa Station that connects to the cable car of Fansipan Mt (our highlight of the trip). Plus since we are Muslim we need to eat Halal food but the hotel provide great breakfast suitable with our dietary needs. Their salads are fresh! Staffs are very helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Locations in the centre of Sapa town. Nice facilities and good breakfast provided. Staff friendly and attentive.

Rooms not very sound proof, so it was tough to sleep during the morning with traffic passing by!

Overall, the hotel stay was not too bad considering the price but there are still rooms for improvement.

The rooftop bar is good for those who enjoy taking photos. The view is indeed instagrammable if the sky is clear.

We reached the hotel in the early morning after taking the overnight bus to Sapa. It was unfortunate that the hotel room were fully booked and we had to take a rest at the concierge. When we finally get to check in, there were some issues with the tv which took 3 - 4 different persons to resolve. Compared to the hotel we stayed in Hanoi, the customer service was not as great as we had wished for when we asked the hotel staff about food recommendations, they only told us to get food from the hotel. When we seek help to find out about the train transport from Lao Cai to Hanoi, the staff was also unable to give us the advice and could only recommend us the bus company.

Enjoyable stay for family

The hotel is very new and rather posh for Sapa standard. Did not expect to have such a nice hotel for the price. The beds, rooms, bathrooms are all close to typical 4-5 star hotel. Location is also very central and walking distance to train station and city centre.

Staffs are rather passive, but not a big deal. We got what we need.
