The Soreda Hotel was recommended to a large family for their get-together and they found the service impeccable and staff helpful. The buffet had a wide variety of food options, including pasta, seaf (Read More)ood, sushi, and desserts, all for a reasonable price. The rooftop terrace with a pool and bar was a great spot to relax. The all-inclusive option provided unlimited ice cream, beer, and cocktails. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was clean. Overall, the reviewers highly recommend the hotel.

Very good

I liked it that when we arrived and we did not like it they changed it for us. The breakfast was very good. It is oly hotel that is truely pet friendly.

The receptionists are not that professiinal whe doing check in and chech out. They are not certain of what they are doing. The hotel rooms needs referbishment.

Very good breakfast and very good buffet dinner. Spacious room with all facilities. Early check in was most appreciated and an extra bonus to us. We also noticed some improvements to when we were last there..one of them being the opening of a new caffeteria and another by being supplied with plastic cards for access to room and indoor lights

Sadly we weren't provided with the room we actually booked...booking.com please take note. The room we checked in had a small " balcony" in a courtyard. There was also a courtyard at the back...the room was nice...but the point is that we were mislead. Also the room had a very small TV set, not like other rooms in the hotel itself which have bigger television sets. Requested a room at a higher level but was given a room on first floor...this could be because none were available, but then again the Hotel wasn't full.

Amazing 10/10 recccomend! Great location and everything.

Everything! Amazing buffet breakfast, comfortable very very clean rooms, great pool and gym. Everyone is so friendly. I recccomend a lot.

It would be great if the spa pool was open a bit more than 20:00. And top pool isn't heated in winter but that's okay because the spa pool and jacuzzi is great and warm.

Location good although a problem were to park. Food was good and room price / good value for money

Did not like the balcony view / was not the one seen when booking for the room. Room was noisy / could actually hear water running through the walls and room door was not very secure.

The location was good, the staff were excellent. The room was a good size.

The constant building work, the parties of pensioners in an almost daily basis, weekends of children's parties and dogs constantly contained by children and barking day and night. Having a room on the first floor above the entrance was a constant chatter.

The play area for the kids is lovely for us to enjoy eating quietly but still have eyes on them as they play, the food and beverage staff are great.

We booked a triple room with a double bed and two singles,but were given a double bed and one single bed, also the room had a shower instead of the one booked showing a bathtub.
