    Perfect location great amenities
    Everything was great. They are in the process of renovating and we had one of the renovated rooms. It appears that all rooms also have a balcony. Great location for restaurants too.
    Parking was a little tight, but not too bad. No free breakfast.

    Not too bad for overnight stay.
    The staff were excellent and good location, close to public transport and heaps of restaurants and cafes.
    I got one of their renovated rooms but the room had a strange smell so I requested for a change. Staff were kind enough to change my room. But the quality of rooms materials is quite not of Sandman standard and feels like a handyman did most of their renovations with low quality of materials. There is not much lighting in the bedroom. Elevator wait sometimes maybe up to 15 mins.

    The hotel is under active construction, which was not disclosed at time of booking or check in. Hammering started at 7am on the floor above us. I planned to work from the room until check out, and had purposely scheduled video calls since I thought I'd have a quiet work space. I had to drop off a call when they started drilling directly above my head and it was so loud I couldn't hear overy noise cancelling headphones. When I complained at check out, I was told by the front desk person that the management won't let them post a warning about the construction on their website. I was so frustrated, and do not feel I received the service I paid for.

    One small problem made the stay very incorporating as a cold and noisy room doesnt let you rest well.
    Gym, equipped kitchen
    Windows are not closing properly, 5mm gap between the window glass and the window frame left a huge hole where the wind was going through, and the apartment was very noisy considering g all the bars and restaurants below. As a result the sleeping room was very cold and noisy. The air heather system was also very loud.
