Exceptional

Great choice when staying overnight in Toronto

Room was updated; clean, comfortable, staff very pleasant and helpful. Moxies Restaurant onsite - expensive, but good to have the option for a meal. Very close to Pearson Airport and they have a free shuttle, but gratuities appreciated. I tipped but lots of cheapskates didn't!!

The place vicnity clean and service providers

My deposit didnt come back and this is the second time. I dont get back my deposit since staying at the hotel. If a person is paying why does he have to pay deposit?! Doesnt make sense for hospitality

Breakfast not included. Location is ok.

The breakfast not included . Overpriced hotel with the service provided. Better staying in other hotels nearby . The booking.com price is not their final price, extra charges will applied when you check out .

Did its job!

Close to the airport and had a moxies for dinner.

The faucet in the bathroom had only 1 setting, hot hot hot. The gentleman at the front desk did not seem he had fully grasped the English language. He had the deer in headlights look on his face when I asked him a question.

I had bad experience with staff

I reserved the room to pay in lobby, and I proceeded all documents and in payment we tried many times but declined they told me oh use credit card not debit and unfortunately I forgot my card at home and asked him is here any I mean to pay you cash he told me yes and I did it and pay for machine as well because of not the same bank which I used and finally gave the money to lobby and a guy told me he oh we are not accepting cash as well. I told him for what you showed me machine ? I was waiting for my girlfriend and told to her the story and she paid by her card and I felt Shy and very bad experience

Comfortable room but not able to shower because of unsafe bathroom ( no grab bars).

Clean room and staff friendly.

Did not have an accessible room and there were no grab bars in the bathroom of the assigned room. So I was not able to have a bath or shower. For persons with limited mobility it is crucial to have grab bars as a safety measure.
