Disappointing

Beautiful location, apartment needs some tlc

The location! Big fridge! Outdoor table with 6 chairs. Having 2 clothes airers. Plenty of storage. Our issue with the DW was resolved promptly.

The dishwasher did not work on arrival. The apartment fittings are looking pretty tired. The sliding door on the right is broken - the support panel and insulation has come away. The blockout curtains are missing from the front windows. No air con in second bedroom. Sinks in bathroom did not drain. Washing machine and dryer are sandy and need cleaning. Dryer filter was full of lint and someone elses underpants on arrival. WiFi did not work until the last day of our trip. Poor communication leading up to our arrival re the tornado and power failures impacting the accommodation.

Exceptional

We would stay again just for the luxury of having direct access to the beach

The location of the property is absolutely perfect. Having the view of the beach right outside of your doors was the highlight of our stay.

The pictures that were on the site showed just one unit of the property and expected to have exactly the same configuration. We expected to have an oven and had brought food that were to be cooked in there to be less of a hassle during our stay. We made do with the weber that was outside which was still ok.

Very good

We had a lovely time with family at sandbox. Even though it wasnt luxury accomodation we enjoyed our stay.

Location, spacious, easy access, comfortable Lounge

Tight Parking, no privacy from unit next door when sitting outside. Limited cooking facilities. Stiff linen. Freezer needed serious defrosting. No full size fridge. Lots of noise from unit above.

Adequate for a one-night stay!

The bottle of champagne! The beds were comfy. The manager was super helpful- and always ready to help.

The bathroom sink was blocked, the toilet brush was sitting in liquid bleach (which splashed when lifting the brush up), the fan in master room was very loud on highest setting, there was sand on the coffee tables in the corner of the room. There was no Netflix! We loved the location and were generally happy though!!

Superb

We never had a sea view but we were a few steps away and could sleep to the sound of waves. The hosts also left us a bottle of wine - lovely spot.

Nice spot but missed the mark for me

Location was great and instructions to get the keys easy. Nice and roomy, plus had all the appliances that you needed in kitchen and laundry.

Fan in main bedroom had dust all over it. Rust was on the appliances in the bathroom/laundry. Very noisy to walk around on the wooden floors and you can hear the neighbours. Bed wasnt great and air con only in the lounge. Main bedroom needed an air con as it was very hot.

The location was fantastic - just metres from a beautiful golden beach! The apartment was mostly good - apart from a few small details listed below

There were a few small detail things that I didnt think were up to standard I would expect of a property / price such as this: - The blind in the bedroom didnt even cover the window properly (lack of privacy and bright in the morning) - The door to the bathroom was stuck (couldnt close it) - The ceiling fan was wobbly and a bit noisy - There was a window in the shower which meant a lack of privacy (other apartments could see in). I thought this was strange and assume it was to allow a view of the beach/sea (only place in the apartment) - Corrosion on toilet cistern buttons - The fridge wasnt turned on when I arrived
