There are better choices for this price.

Hotel was on the main street of shopping, bars and restaurants. Felt like a safe neighborhood. Staff were helpful. Rooms were clean.

The hotel looked a lot better in pictures. There was hardly any common space, theres no garden to the hotel as it looks from the pictures. Breakfast choices were limited, rooms were small.

Would choose this hotel again over a high rise! The staff make this hotel a home away from home.

We loved everything the two weeks spent there! The hotel staff were very welcoming and personable, and the hotel itself well decorated and homely. Location was great, only a 10 min ride to the walled city and lovely boardwalk down the road to watch the sunrise in the morning - lots of joggers/runners about too! Plenty of food options along the main road as well as a supermarket within 10 minutes walking distance and a pharmacy next door. There is also a great laundry service across the street on the same block (trust me, with the humidity in Cartagena it was needed!)

Nothing we disliked about the property.

Terrible staff. No visitors allowed.

The location is good, easy to get into centro and with good fast food places nearby

The staff don't allow guests. I paid 50mil to have a visitor only for the night staff to call me guest at 5am and say she had to leave. He also told her that I'd had a different guest stay previously, thus violating my right to confidentiality as a guest.

Excellent location in the heart of Bocagrande, beautiful and very clean rooms, very helpful and friendly staff

Beautiful, simple, and elegant reception area and rooms. Very clean and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location to nearby restaurants, shops, and the beach at Bocagrande. A computer to use if you need to check in for flights or take care other business. Great breakfast. They even fill your water bottles if you bring one!

Because of the warm weather, the patio area where you eat breakfast outside can get quite hot, so this is something to be aware of.

it was in an amazing location and the stuff was so helpful. the value of the hotel was so good for the price. I enjoy my stay there

just a little bit not a fan of the breakfast. but it was ok overall:)

We stayed for one night and the price was good compared to other places

The room was rather oldschool (but clean!). The breakfast had limited options. The worst part was that when turning on the light in the bathroom, the fan gave the sound of a plane taking off :D - super loud, non stop sound! It also wasn't cool that the only window in the room was facing the corridor of the hotel which means that in the end we had to keep the blinds down all the time.
