Very friendly and ideal place to stay in Lamai

Very friendly owner. Great location, near the beach and little town, pool was lovely

grond floor so not much of a view but wasn't a dealbreaker

Very dated and run down. Dirty, stained toilet and floors. Obviously closed for a while with covid.

The hotel has a good quality-price ratio. It is close to the beach but it has also a swimming pool. The room was clean.

The room seemed to be old and the window was near the main way to enter the swimming pool.

Wonderful family-owned resort

The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was also very nice and clean. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. It is owned by a family and they helped us with everything we needed.

Great hotel, quite place very relaxing

The location of the hotel is in Laman and thats a quite and relaxing place so I'd you like quite and relaxing this is the hotel to book! The owners of the hotel and restaurant were super nice!! And there is a hotel dog and he is the cutest! His name is browny and he is so adorable we almost took her with us haha. If I would visit Koh Samui again I would definitely consider booking this hotel again. The food they prepare at the hotel restaurant is very good and clean as well!

For this price each night there is not so much to dislike, so nothing!

Disappointing

In serious need of improvement and honest photos.

This place did not meet expectations. I spoke to the owner regarding my dissatisfaction relating to what the photos show versus the reality. I discovered that the photos are over 15 years old. This to me is completely wrong and they should show reality and not the hotel in the mid 2000s.

Bathroom filthy. The bathroom needed the deepest of deep cleans. The photos are so old the hotel feels like a different place.

Loved the location, nice pool, close to beach, friendly staff!

The location is excellent! It's super close to lots of restaurants and shops and the beach. The staff is friendly and the pool was great for my kids. It's sort of at the older end of the street of restaurants and clubs, which I thought was a bonus because it wasn't loud at night at all.

The hotel is getting a bit older and could use some TLC, but it's still really comfortable to stay in and a great value for the money. Also, Everywhere you stay in Thailand has bugs that come up through the drains at night. The last place I stayed I put toilet paper over the drain at night and wet it to keep ants out! This place had a hole from the shower to the outside to drain and the (harmless) milipedes loved to come in if you didnt plug this with a bit of toilet paper. This is just part of being in a tropical country!
