Decent stay

Location was brilliant .

Swimming pool was small . Though on the beach still it was far way from happening places.staff didnt help out during checkout . Drinks and food was on the higher side.

Superb

Everything (room, garden, pool) was clean and well maintained, the staff super-friendly! Housekeeping always ready to ask if you need anything. The view from the room facing the beach was a dream. Pool is not huge but fine, the beach is directly in front of the Resort. Good location: there are many restaurants und shopping places nearby, and it is right next to Haad Rin Pier. Great value for money.

The AC in our room was directed exactly at the bed, so until we figured out the right setting, we were either freezing or sweating during the night, and there was no blanket in the room, just the bed linen. Also: there is a rather large dog that belongs to someone from the staff, it runs around freely on the property, but doesn't bother the guests. However, when I first saw it running up from the beach right towards me, it gave me a fright. If you are afraid of dogs or your children are, look out for it. Last (very small) point: the bathroom didn't have furniture, there was nowhere to hang your towel und no shower curtain.

The room they gave me was full of cockroaches. They said the room was closed for a long time...

After I got the first room full of cockroaches I didn't feel comfortable staying there...

Everything was good,nice kitchen n big fridge n comfortable bed Only downfall was the room next door had their kitchen behind my bed wall. Was woken every morning by the family cooking n banging pans from 8 to 9.30 am

Disappointing

Not a very relaxing place

a water park is right in front of the resort, lots of noise from kids. Jet ski parking is there too. No privacy when sitting on your terrace, everyone is passing. Too many kids noise in generell. Rooms a bit run down.
