Superb

Very convenient as a stop over on the way to the destination island.

Good cost/benefit ratio. Very efficient shuttle service from and to Mal International Airport. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

Just because it was a good offer

Room is clean and good location, close to the nice restaurants and coffee places

They lied to us, saying the airport is super busy in the morning so they can take us there way earlier than our flight together with other guests and save a trip. Instead weve got a super early wake up call, very poor breakfast to go, and we had to beg for a coffee

The room is comfortable and it just locate near by the airport. 2mins walk to a beautiful beach! The staff are so helpful and kind! Everything is great there!

Perfect place to pass the night before heading to other main attractions

Unfortunately, we could not make it to savour their breakfast because we had to leave at 6am for our 6.30am sea plane arrangement the next morning. John, the staff there that night was extremely friendly and helpful.

Disappointing Management, Good Location

The staff was very welcoming and nice at the beginning. Good location near the airport. Airport transfer was included in the price. Check in process was smooth. Everything was great untill we went inside the room.

The room given to us was in a very very bad, the shower didn't stick in the shower mode, the AC didn't cool at all and the fridge made a high sound when cooling. When these problems were brought to the management's attention they said this was the last room available in the building. We waisted alot of time with the management until they gave us a room in a sister hotel that was great. When we were angry on the multiple problems in the room, the operations manager Mr. Sidarath did not understand our anger and tried to kick us out of the hotel with a refund if we dont like it. He just was so unqualified to understand the amount of damage this can do to international travelers who just came from a long flight. Very disappointed in his attitude and will never choose this place again
