The most amazing Homestay in Ella - The mother and son who run Samadhi work ridiculously hard to provide the most comfortable stay possible in Ella. They are such kind and hospitable people. The rooms are huge, have amazing views from the balconies and delicious breakfast is provided every morning. The location is quiet and peaceful and only a 15 minute walk from Ella Town. I cant recommend enough if your going to spend the money on a nice accomadation in Ella - go to Samadhi! It will make your stay in Ella.

Return to nature.

Breakfast was fab. Just Samantha was very attentive, good English and very caring. Lovely big terrace, felt in nature and a relaxing property.

Beds were quite hard but not a problem.

Lovely hosts in a lovely guesthouse

Samadhi and her son are lovely and look after everyone so well. Home cooked meals are outstanding! The house is located next to the major attractions and in walk distance to the village centre

Superb

Room was large with clean bedding and a good sized bathroom, beautiful view of hills and forest from the lovely wrap around balcony. Breakfast was homemade, mild and delicious - we were offered seconds after we finished all the dahl! We hadn't realised we needed cash to pay but the owner let us pay by bank transfer as our bus was due.

The place has a steep entrance and the sign isn't super clear it would be great if the slope could be made a little gentler and a sign made halfway up so you know it's definitely the right place when you arrive

A good starting point for walks out

Very welcoming host (Samantha). You could walk to Little Adams' Peak and Nine Arches Bridge from there.. Good breakfast.

The bathroom sink area could have been cleaner. The shower pressure was poor and no hot water. Kettle and cups, but no tea or coffee.

A perfect stay in Ella

A real home away from home. We loved our stay here at Samadhi and would recommend you to stay here too. we loved it so much we extended another night . The rooms have amazing views you can see all the wildlife from the terrace, huge clean rooms and a super friendly host who couldn't do enough for us. Such a reasonable price, a really great breakfast each morning and she was able to do laundry for us too. You can walk to and from all the main points in Ella easily, to the 9 arches bridge and little Adams peak. I can't imagine choosing anywhere else and we would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay .

Superb

The host is an angel

We loved to discover the lush garden onsite and very much enjoyed the breakfast. The location of the property is more than ideal for a early morning hike to Little Adam's Peak and visit Nine Arch Bridge.
