Superb

Berry Farm is an extremely comfortable and well located place to stay

The property was in a beautiful farm environment, central to all the interesting things that Hawkes Bay has to offer, including the fascinating Hastings Art Gallery. Starting the day in the peaceful atmosphere of the garden with a cup of tea and bowl of boysenberries was very special - berries have never tasted so delicious!

We are definitely coming back to stay if we ever need somewhere to rest our heads

The bed was amazing. Like the little kitchenette and the shower was awesome everything was awesome even though we only stayed for 3nights and mostly gt takeout it was also convinient for our travels to and from flaxmere and the city centre.

Very good

Enjoyed Te Papa peak and the art deco in Napier.

Location was good, but unfortunately it rained or windy most of the time. So the room was rather small as we couldn't sit outside.

Well stocked with everyday items, i.e. If you forget you phone charger like I did.

The location of the television. Would like to be able to watch tv in bed. (Personal preference)

Great place to stay summer time, super hosts.

Location was great for us and Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly hosts, Location, Comfortable bed and great linen. Nice Soft towels.

We had to find accommodation as we were on a cruise and my partner fell ill and was taken to hospital. The couple who owned the property went out of their way to make us comfortable and support us in every way

Berry Farm Retreat - Some improvements may be needed

Nice location and in a rustic setting. Matthew and Dianne were friendly hosts. Convenient to Hastings, North Havelock and Napier, and good eating places.

The cottage was a little cramped for three adults, and the facilities were rather basic. The bathroom washbasin was rather small, and we had to use the kitchen washbasin for brushing our teeth, etc. The laundry facilities were a little quirky, and a dryer would be handy.The cottage also had a musty smell and might need to be looked into. If these issues were resolved, it would be a much better and improved place to stay.
