Not worth the money.

The location is close to Colva beach. Restaurant staff is great and very helpful.

We were a family of 4 that included my elderly in-laws. The rooms allocated to us were on the first floor and my father-in-law especially cannot walk that many stairs. We realised that the hotel has no lifts after we were allocated the rooms. Since we were staying only for 2 days and knew that we will have to leave the rooms a few times, we asked the hotel to change our rooms. We did use the washrooms because as mentioned my in laws are elderly. The staff at first was ready to move only one room and after insisting they agreed to move both rooms. The 2nd room that was allocated to us was in a terrible condition. There were actual dead bugs on the sheets and in the room. The staff immediately changed the sheets, but all of this wasted more than half our day. We were in Goa only for 2 days for a religious visit. The property is beautiful, but very badly maintained. Also, please dont be fooled by the pictures, there is no beach view from any rooms as the overgrown trees block all the views. The only good part of the hotel was the restaurant staff. They took great care of us while dining and were in general very helpful.

Very average but probably what you expect for a three star hotel in Goa

Within walking distance of the wedding party we were attending at Colva beach.

Room was not clean. floor was filthy and linen and towels very old. No lifts.

Room, Garden, Restaurant. But Parking Problem, Receptionist made urgency to checkout and making calls too much. She don't have a time to customers for Check out. Its Irritated to me. I give 1 Star to Staff. I will write this to Google Review also. But Restaurant staff is Really Good. Very Tasty food.

Receptionist Staff, They are not Responding properly. I observed with other customers also.

Its very nice place to locate..staff is very friendly n cooperative..helpful.. Room is good n service also. Breakfast n dinner also.. Its valuable money n such a great resort.

Best Seaview Resort in Colva

Just everything about the resort is fantastic. The Royal Suite is just that, Royal. Wonderful staff at the desk. Mr. Jimmy at the in-house restaurant ensures you are well fed at all times. Just loved the place. Plan to go back.
