Disappointing

Property location was convenient, close to the city. However my issue is with hotel hygiene standard. I will not recommend this property to anyone.

Staff intentions to serve was very well evident however thay are not trained well to answer customer requests/complaints. They are most of the time confused how to address the complaint. So staff need to be trained to address customer requests.

Comfortable sleep with large size room. Look to add AMEX card as payment option & improve breakfast.

Comfortable and good sleep with no disturbance, Nice and large rooms.

-Location a bit far from city and breakfast was ok. Poori had black particles of burnt oil which isn't expected from a 4 star property. Staff wasn't ready to acknowledge and giving weird reasons. -Payment through AMEX card wasn't supported. Amex card should be accepted in the place like portico. -Swimming pool wasn't clean. -Bathroom dustbin was broken.

Disappointing

We needed to leave Jaisalmer one day earlier and the friendly manager allow us to cancel the second night. We ate for lunch at the restaurant, they have decent Indian dishes.

The condition of the facilities are poor and it is questionable how they got the 4* hotel rating. The hotel is a heritage style facilities, some of the decorations were very kitch. The room has a strong and distinct smell. We checked the other two rooms and they were the same. The room was quite dusty and the bed linen wasn't clean in some parts. The toilet was old and the enamel started to peel off. The pool water looks very murky, that the base of the pool is not visible. I'm not sure when was the last time the pool was cleaned.
