Superb

Beautiful but expensive island

Pros: The facilities and grounds are stunning! The beach access is amazing, the water is crystal clear. We loved jumping off the dock! The sunset was beautiful from our room, the pool and the beach. The free shuttle pickup at the ferry port and drop off to the airport were great as Uber is expensive in Mykonos. 36 euros no matter where you are going.. and we were there in the "off" season. The evening shuttle into the town centre was also convenient. The first drop off time was 6pm so I think in the later months like October when the sun is setting earlier, there should be an earlier drop off time so that you don't miss the sunset entirely. The drop off for the shuttle is on the opposite side of the old port so it is quite a walk into the town to see the sunset from little venice. By the time we arrived, the sun was already set. The breakfast is included and is delicious, there was a lot of selection.

Cons: The pool and hottub are not heated so we couldn't really use either. We were there in the beginning of October so it would have been great to be able to use a heated hottub. After checking into our room, we called to ask if we could upgrade to a jacuzzi suite. We were told that none were available on our first night but that something should be available on our second night and we would receive a phone call. We never heard from anyone after that and stayed in our smaller room for all 5 nights. We could tell that a lot of the rooms were being closed up for the off season. Our other hotels in Greece provided champagne on arrival and special touches as we were celebrating our honeymoon, we received no special added touches at this hotel. Some of the restaurants and bars and beach clubs that we wanted to visit were already closed for the year. The concierge woman told us not to go to Paradise Beach because all of the beach clubs were closed already but that was not true.. we went to Tropicana and had a great day. The shuttle driver Jeorges does not speak very good english so when my husband was trying to help another family get on the bus early (because they booked for a later shuttle) but ours was full, he was quite rude to him even though my husband was just trying to help the other family. We believe it was because of a language barrier.

the whole experience was amazing, from the pick up to the check-in. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Thank you so much for a fantastic Honeymoon! Don't consider booking it just do it! Ps the breakfast WOW!

Fabulous an amazing experience

The facilities and compliement is very good..there is beach and little port and shuttle free to mykonos town or to airport/port..the stuff very friendly, breakfast is delivious and has many variety of food..the sunset view from our room is amazing and the most important thing is bidet spray! I appreciate it soo much because hotel in europe rarely have bidet spray

Wonderful views. Elegant welcome and reception. The rooms were recently renovated and displayed great care in the attractiveness and details. Bed very comfortable. Staff very accommodating and service oriented. Meals were outstanding!

The prices for food and drink are high, but to be honest it is expected for a resort of this quality. Budget almost as much for your food and drink as you are likely to pay for the room.

Nice hotel

The pool was absolutely beautiful and the breakfast delicious. Most of the staff was super friendly especially at the reception and at the pool bar.

The house keeping was very strange.. rooms are cleaned at 16:00 and not before and towels are brought at 20:00-21:00.. the room service staff is not nice so we were uncomfortable everytime we ordered room service.

We LOVED the view, it was exceptional. The pool was great! We stayed in a suite and loved the private hot tub. We LOVED the breakfast! We will def be back.

The streets around the property were a bit tricky to go for walks! But it didn't worry us as there was a great gym at the property.
