Amazing stay - beautiful hotel - amazing staff - highly recommend

Beautiful hotel. Stayed here for a trip to see Ayers Rock. Impressive, clean, exceptional staff. Rooms were very large, clean, comfortable beds, great bathrooms and showers and very good aircon. I lucked in choosing to stay here. Great pool too. Dinner buffet was exceptional. ( 5 min walk to the town square with a supermarket and souvenir shops - all great. A very relaxed and comfortable hotel. I must thank the member of staff Destiny. She was exceptional- friendly, professional and helpful - especially when I had an issue with my phone charger - I cant thank her enough and it is her hospitality that made my stay here so fantastic. So a massive thank you to her. I would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely resort

Great location. Nice and clean and staff were lovely,

The pool bar looks run down in contrast to the rest of the resort. Its all corrugated iron. The menu is just the same as inside - could be more casual. The opening hours of 12-5 are too short. People would like to buy drinks etc sooner - hence the queue at 12

Rooms were very comfortable and clean, the service Robert the assistant manager and Tia restaurant staff was excellent, facilities were good around the restaurant and offered a free shuttle. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The field of lights was amazing and very child friendly.

The hotel could have provided an information booklet on trips at Uluru, there are lots of free activities and walks at Uluru but we didn't know until visiting the culture center at Uluru where they where very helpful.

You have to go to at least see "The Rock" once in your lifetime...it's spectacular.

Friendly staff Spacious room Great pool lots of options to dine at the resort Shuttle bus around resort and to and from airport

Can be pricey as nowhere outside of resort to eat.

Nice facilities, pool was amazing, the staff were so lovely!

TVs in the room did not work, I think they are all old and need replacing. If youre paying 5 star prices you should be getting a working television that can play things other than a welcome video.

Disappointed in the rooms.

Breakfast was good and Tia (breakfast host) was always smiling and welcoming. Made a nice start to the day.

On arrival our room smelled so bad we had to go back to reception. It smelled like a combination of dampness and stale cigars. Manager was surly but agreed to move us. Next room was overlooking the noisy workmen who were laying new pipes - but at least it didn't smell. Not even an apology.
