Relax close to nature with lovely hosts

We loved it here; our rooms were spotless and the outside areas and communal lounge had bags of rustic quirky charm. The outdoor area of each room overlooking the water with abundant nature was an absolute joy, we saw Kingfishers every day. The owner could not do enough to help us and the restaurant food is really tasty and cheap. You can very easily hire mopeds and they are literally delivered to the door of your room. The numerous cats and dogs are super friendly and we loved their welcome greeting every morning. The free bicycles were also great to nip into town. If you enjoy being close to nature in a slightly quirky, laid back atmosphere with lovely hosts this place is for you.

I am sorry for stayed only one night because I wanted to enjoy the balcony qith beautiful views to the lagoon.

I love the property and the staff, a quiet and very comfortable place, but the best thing about the place is the kindness of the staff. The place is highly recommended

a beautiful place with a feeling of welcome

The place is a small oasis of greenness and nature, tranquil and soothing. Moreover, the owner, Mr. Na was more than helpful with everything we needed to arrange, from the tuk tuk to a car to far off destinations. I highly recommend this place if you want both to relax and explore the surrounding of Chiang Rai. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Exceptional setting. Close to nature. Amazing sounds. Laidback attitude. So helpful hosts.

Mosquito net at at least one door would be great to be able to hear the sounds of nature.

Nature (relatively) close to centre

The luxury of quietness, privacy and the lovely view of the lotus pond; friendly host, good breakfast.

Not a dislike, just a proposal: the free rental of bikes is a nice feature, but maybe it would be an idea to upgrade the quality of the vehicles (even if this would require asking some fee) to make them suitable for longer tours.

Love the quaint atmosphere. Wonderful service by the owner as he cooked really nice fried rice, my son can eat that for all meals! Excellent value for money accommodation.

A peaceful, private and convenient spot for a relaxing stay in Chiang Rai

Saikaew Resort in Chiang Rai was a wonderful stay. The cozy cottages were just a short ride from the city center and airport. The free WiFi was handy, and the rooms were comfy with great views from the private balconies. The staff was friendly, and the place felt peaceful. A convenient spot to explore Chiang Rai!
