Superb

Lovely week on the beach

Staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good (some variation would be nice for example with the fruits) and the WINKKS Beach Club was exceptional: beautifully decorated, excellent food, great drinks. Hotel is located in the best location at Sai Kaew Beach: short walk to village, many restaurant nearby. Beautiful garden area.

Our "deluxe" rooms were nothing more than standard rooms. They are quite worn out and the beds are very hard. Pool areas at are not very welcoming or well kept (one of the main reasons we chose this hotels was the three swimming pools... Fortunately the beach is wonderful). The gym is tiny and part of the equipment was broken.

Amazing stay

The resort is very beautiful, well decorated, clean and organized. It has three swimming pools, a playground for kids and a mini gym. The staff ia very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is very comfortable, spacious and organized. Even when it's full, it's very quiet. There's plenty of variety of food with quality, and it is constantly being replenished. The beach bar is very well decorated and pleasant. The resort beach is also very good.

Beautiful resort and very friendly staff!

We thought we had a room by the pool or beach booked but unfortunately had a nice room but s Boeing balcony and view. We did uppgradera the last night to a pool side room and it was fantastic!

Perfect location. Would definitely go back

Perfect location right on a white Sandy beach with beautiful calm sea . The room was good. Gardens lovely. Good breakfast and lovely pools. Only a five minute walk to the Main Street where you can get a great Thai massage for 6 an hour . All the staff friendly and helpful.

Only one small negative thing was that the waiters and waitresses in the restaurant area all seemed to be trainees and needed some extra help in taking orders. It could be a long wait (although we were hardly in a rush ! )

Ok, but needs a refresh/rethink.

Nice location along the beach. Overall it has all the facilities you could need. Multiple pools are nice, gym is ok.

Beds on the firm side, rooms a bit sparse and dated overall. Spa, while nice enough, was mediocre and overpriced when it comes to the massages. Restaurant staff are utterly hopeless, cant count how many times during our stay our order was missed or just late. Very very expensive for what you get.

Relaxing stay at the beach

Great location close to the bigger public beach and "main street" with a bunch of restaurants and services. Lovely little private beach with barely any other guests during the time we visited (late Nov). Also pools for those who prefer them. It seemed like there would be bars at the private beach and at one of the pools but they weren't open. Breakfast was nice and versatile - the only thing I missed was green tea, as there was only a brewed pot of black tea available (no tea bags). Deluxe cottage wasn't big but served its purpose. Nice sea view! We also had a lizard visitor one night and tried to get it out ourselves but gave up after about a half an hour and called the reception close to midnight. They sent someone over who grabbed the little guy and released it outside. The fact that they had a note saying you can call staff to get rid of lizard visitors teels me this probably happens quite a lot :D

Mattress was too hard for my travel companion who got a headache. We had some issues communicating this to staff as the level of English knowledge isn't very high. It worked out in the end but took quite a few calls back and forth. There are mosquitos, as mentioned, so remember to keep the door closed! Also, at checkout they wanted us to wait until housekeeping goes to check our room. We hadn't encountered this practice elsewhere and therefore hadn't reserved extra time for it, had a boat to catch! They let us go in the end before housekeeping got there, Would be good to let guests know about this practice beforehand.

Nice n clean, best staff ever especially at breakfast facilities and house keepers, beautiful view, comfortable feel like stay at home, will come back again

Need to get taxi or motorcycle to go somewhere else
