Pleasant stay !

Very helpful staff particularly the standing manager Sumann very helpful.

No tea and coffee making facility provided due to lack of space as I was told. Hardly enough space for two people to move around the double bed.

Nice place.

The room was nice and clean. The location was good for us, it's a bit quieter on the outskirts of the city. The staff were generally pretty helpful.

Although it states "breakfast available in room" on booking.com, there is no breakfast available from the hotel (there is a communal kitchen, where you can cook your own food) Some of the staff spoke very little English

I really like the hotel and definitely stay at Sai Inn hotel when I have a chance to back to Mysore.

The location. Facilities, cleanliness and staff are very friendly and specially the hotel manager is very nice. I arrived so early in the morning before my booking time. He has to come and pick me up at the bus stand at 3:30 am.

The room was a bit bright after I turned the light in the room off.

Staff were amazing, super friendly and always on hand if you needed them. We were able to leave our bags there on our last day so that we could still explore before leaving Mysore, on the first day they let us check in early too which was a real bonus after an overnight train, and on top of this they very kindly washed a bag of laundry for us free of charge. Free breakfast was good (they order it in from a nearby place) and the surrounding area is lovely too - quite trendy and has all the amenities you would need. Can't fault this place or its staff!

Disappointing for the price we paid.

Cleanliness. Lift. Location.

Balcony useless. Bed not particularly confortable. Our request for softer pillows did no good, we ended up buying pillows in Mysore. Prior request agreed for pick up at Bangalore airport- no one turned up. I had emailed asking for confirmation the day before and on the day of our flight but no reply to repeated requests. We ended up paying extra for a very expensive taxi that we hadnt bargained for. Never known such poor service in India before. Female receptionists English very obscure and she didnt seem to understand us very much at all.
