Very poor

horrible experience

The only good thing about the property were the caretakers - Santosh and Vanita - they were friendly, courteous and helpful. Also, Vanita is an excellent cook. All the dishes she prepared were wholesome and tasty.

We had several issues with SaffronStays - 1. Terrible onboarding process - they kept saying we need to update meal preferences 48 hrs before but despite several calls to them they did not bother to consider our preferences 2. The pool is non functional and they never told us in advance. They still charged us the entire amount despite not providing the full facilities mentioned 3. Also, the pool is at least a 10 min walk away from the villa which is not mentioned 4. The description says there is a hot tub but later I was told, only when I double checked that there is no hot tub - again no appropriate refund issued 5. Wi-Fi signal is pretty bad and very patchy but the caretakers helped to rectify that as much as they could 6. The place is very remote and without mobile signal. SaffronStays did not even provide the right location until asked them. 7. Nearest medical aid or any groceries is 7/8 km on one side and 18/20 km on the other - again no warning provided 8. There is no lounge in the property for the whole family to relax and chill - only outside seating is there Overall the experience with SaffronStays was terrible and will never stay through them again or will never recommend them.
