Lack of food menu and services, i paid 11k per night but it was not that kind of facilities, price should be 4-5 is ok for this room.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our time. The property looks very different from the pictures. Very bad experience.

Bad service. Too many insects. Nothing like the pictures. Not very enjoyable food.

The sandwich and Tea was good. The view was good and the staff was courteous. The bathtub was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious.

The cottage was extremely hot and the AC wasnt cooling the room much. On the other hand, the fan speed was constant at 5. No toiletries provided. The mattress was torn and the phone wasnt working. We had to call the manager for everything from our personal phone which had no range, though the WiFi was good. With the price we paid, we were expecting more from the Hotel.

If someone is board of lonawala, Than this is the place you must visit.

Arrangements of Villas and Tents are separated at the property which gives complete privacy. Access to property is from main road but still you are away the road side noise. Evening sunset from our chalets was beautiful and we enjoyed the Mist-full morning. I must say that food is Amazing. Quality & Quantity is superb, Must try their Lunch Or dinner at least.

Once you are part of the property you can just enjoy the Chalets. Yes, its couple friendly place, hence all the privacy is provided here. But I will suggest to provide some options of activity. Star glazing will be the best option in the night, area for indoor sports, open to sky dining.
