Great place for a few days

Nice staff; Clean; Good breakfast for a good price; Not so far from the center area and not so near that we would be disturbed by the crowd .

Good, but not enough

Room size and hotel design. Nice swimming pool. You can rent bike in the reception directly.

You can hear everything from toilet to toilet next door, no isolation at all. Stairs handrail was broken, our room was located at the second floor. Breakfast is limited and same fruit platter (small bowl, 3 pieces of fruits) everyday. No tv nor frigobar in the room.

Very poor

A 2 star resort.

Advertised as a 4 star resort but came nowhere close. Sadev is a 2 star resort and the 4 star rating is very misleading. We were very disappointed as we especially booked a 4 star resort for new years. This was the highest star and price we have paid in Indonesia but the lowest standard resort we experienced.

They are super friendly and clean. The property is a piece of heaven. The breakfast is really good.

They were under refurbishment and didnt put any note on the site or even told us at check in. If I knew I would not stay with them. It started 8am till 5pm, one day stopped at 7pm. I sent then messages about the noise the staff was really nice but said they could not stop the noise. I choose a hotel far away from the city to have a bit of peace but I got headache (they gave me pills) and could not enjoy much. Was a really bad experience. They didnt offer anything to compensate the stress I felt. I was in holiday in the middle of paradise and around my room (in both side) was happening repairs ALL DAY LONG.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, great pool, reliable hot water, good aircon, a very relaxing place to stay, nice attentive staff, good food, they have bikes you can hire which is the easiest way to get around on the island. I could stay longer :)

We loved our stay at Sadev!! The staff were incredible and made us feel soo at home! The rooms are kept spectacularly clean and are super comfortable for a long stay. The breakfast was also delicious and an affordable price.

Clean, modern and comfortable stay

Our room was super clean and comfortable, the bed was especially comfy. Staff did a superb job cleaning the room each day and were really friendly and helpful. The pool area was really nice to relax around. The value for money was extremely good.
