Disappointing

The room was a nice size

This property is on a derelict street which is unsafe to walk at night, you are unlikely to find a GoJek that wants to take you there. The room was filthy and uncomfortable. The mosquito burning was unpleasant. Regardless if you tell reception you don't want any housekeeping and want to be left alone they'll let themselves in anyway. I found this very frustrating when I just wanted to relax. The breakfast is disgusting and it was the saddest excuse of food we have ever seen. On top of this there are a number of hidden charges such as $100 to "replace" bedsheets if they are even stained at a minimum. The staff micromanage your and will block your way and ask you where you're going every time you try and leave.

I booked for two days, signed in and asked them to reduce the reservation to one day and the hotel refused to facilitate my procedures, noting that the accommodation is not clean and there are no employees to serve you when I leave. I carried my luggage and waited for 30 minutes at the reception to wait for the employee to check out and he did not show up and I left alone.

A nice clean villa with a nice pool

A really nice villa to relax and chill in, comfy bed and it was so nice to have a pool.

No breakfast options Lots of mosquitoes but they were trying their best to spray and have different options to prevent them. Unfortunately they were still around

Beautiful villa

Our 3 bedroom villa was so nice! It was exactly like the website photos. We really enjoyed our stay. Complimentary cake was delivered every afternoon which was a really nice touch. The room service food was nice and SO cheap. We would definitely recommend this villa

Villa is a little out of the way from main Legian area. It is walkable but too hot to attempt! Taxi was only 30 000 IDR.

Thousands of dollars in damaged personal items

Nice to have own pool in villa

Aircon leaked badly into my luggage. Destroyed thousands of dollars in luggage, clothes and personal Belongings. Manager offered to drive me to airport to say sorry but was late so I had to call my own taxi. Food was also stale and not edible. Do not recommend

Great design and features. Nice and quiet and peaceful once in the room.

Didn't have it's own restaurant and when we checked in, we were told to come back in 1 hour because room wasn't ready but when then had to wait another 30 plus minutes to get into our room. No apology or compensation given and there was another couple also waiting to get into their room too.
