Superb

Stayed a few times, absolutely fantastic for the kids and ofcourse adults.

Expensive room service for ridiculous small plates. Have stayed plenty of places and this has to be the most expensive for value for money. Dirty hand prints on the windows! Beds super uncomfortable. As above, have stayed many times before without an issue.

Good

Nice pool and gym. The kids enjoyed it. Nice breakfast.

Our room was too hot and the AC wasnt cooling at all. We asked to be moved to a different room but the staff didnt believe my husband and just thought that the room was hot because we left the curtains open and they wanted to just provide additional fan( which wouldnt help as the air would still be warm). After a staff checked our room and couldnt find a fan for us, they finally moved us a to different room.

Can't believe this type of crap exists in NZ

The only good thing about this hotel is the location

Everything from the staff to the breakfast to the facilities were below average. The staff looked so shabby with scaffy beard, no skills on how to engage with guests. Even in third world countries staff with different languages smile more and better customer service.
