Tine bedroom

The breakfast was good, but with few options (doesn't have cheese or ham, but has the chocolate croissant). Serafina is attached to the hotel which was great. The staff was kind and helpful. The location was good, close to the metro and many restaurants. We didn't hear any noise in our room.

Our first room was very small, it shouldn't have even 10 m2. After complaining about it with the staff, our family changed to a bigger room, but still small.

Lovely for a quick overnight stay

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Quick room service. Dark curtains and loved the decor and classic feel of the room. Room was small but expected per the reviews. We honestly didn't feel like it was that small for an overnight stay on NYE. It was the best deal that we found. Room service from Serafina was awesome too.

Our room was near the storage closet and our only complaint is that staff let the door constantly slam when going in and out. This was rough in the morning when we were trying to sleep. Also the fan noise from outside was loud, but I guess you could say it provided some white noise and was better than street noise.

Superb

Gorgeous hotel! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great walking distance to a lot of restaurants and site seeing. Right by the subway to get everywhere too.

Not a lot of space to get ready, with mirrors. The lighting in the bedroom was darker too and not a lot of natural light, but it was a very minimal concern.

A terrific hotel in an expensive city

The staff were amazing-front desk was very helpful when we needed to extend our reservation, find medical services etc. The hotel location was a selling feature - easy subway access, Urgent Care was across the street, great food options in the neighborhood, close to City Hall, Brooklyn Bridge, World TradeCentre, Whole Foods etc.

Only one of the two elevators was operational, for most of the visit. We just took the stairs when going down. We knew in advance from comments from other guests that the rooms were small, so upgraded one of the two rooms we booked. I was surprised by the daily 'facility charge' of $32. I'm not sure what it was for, and added significantly to the overall cost. While breakfast was complementary, I would have been fine with coffee and a muffin at the Starbucks next door, and a reduction in the cost of the 'facility'

room was very nicely styled and comfortable to stay in; staff were all super sweet especially since it was a last minute booking. very easy to get ahold of someone when calling beforehand

room had window to other side of the hotel building so wasnt much of a view, but we did not care
