A beautiful and cozy stay

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was a beautiful and cozy place. Gave country cottage vibes. The weather in mid november was romantic, minimum temperature going down to 16 degree celsius. During the day it was around 24 degrees. It rained a lot throughout the 2 night stay, anyone who loves the rain will enjoy themselves as you can clearly hear the rain while inside the room. The place is within greenery so every angle is of picturesque views. Loved the small common area at the center with a fire place and a tiny swing. All rooms are same except for private jacuzzi in some of the rooms. The jacuzzi itself needs to be cleaned considering it is outside the room under the trees so it only makes sense that they will have to be cleaned before use. However, I would have greatly appreciated it if the management atleast cleaned the jacuzzi on the first day of arrival of the guests. The water in the jacuzzi did not warm, so we just stayed inside for few minutes and had to go take a warm shower in the bathroom as the weather was too cold to sit in a cold jacuzzi. Overall, if you want to enjoy a cozy stay surrounded by natures lush greenery, it is a good option. However at the same price, you can get way better luxury and comfort along with better food around the same area. Its a nature vs luxury situation. For those who prefer nature, i think this is the best option in genting as far as i know.

The breakfast was really bad. I had it the first day only and then never bothered. I think it is better not to provide such a breakfast at all. There is no way to get food here, grab food is mostly not available for delivery to the location. Anyway, we ended up going to the outlet mall and skyavenue during the afternoon till dinner time so had our meals there.

Great for couples who love outdoor with modern facilities!

The ambience. The nature sound of river flowing and insects whistling. The air was cool. The private jacuzzi was wonderful. The "campfire" set during the first night reminiscing the yesteryears (second night was raining). Near to food joints to satisfy the appetite.

Need to climb stairs (not suitable for elderly).

taking a jacuzzi bath while listening to the sound of the river at night is the best

it's worth taking the private jacuzzi package, the management has improved by placing blinds near the jacuzzi, there are also curtains, but the rainy season is not the best because it gets wet with rainwater because the roof of the jacuzzi penetrates the rainwater. I really hope the management can improve and make a proper roof. Will come again with friends. The best part is they prepare breakfast and send it to your room.

Not enjoying the jacuzzi bath when it rains, because the roof of the private jacuzzi is only covered with wooden mesh shutters when it rains heavily, the water drips down on your head. Even taking a hot shower, it still feels cold here in the rain.. Hope the management can improve and invest on private jacuzzi make a proper roof. It's also a loss to take a private jacuzzi package if it's rainy season and you can't enjoy a jacuzzi bath.
