The location is great and the staff are awesome.

Excellent proximity to the Bendemeer and Lavander MRT as well as to many hawker centres. it is within biking distance to the CBD. They keep the place very clean.

Level 2 , Christmas 2023: Towel rental makes sense because it's personal hygiene , but when the phone charger cannot fit the wall sockets, you have to rent the adapter! Thank all gods! the staff helped lend me his charger(perhaps/ not his). The toiletries/bath were not properly managed: no soap, no comb, the shower head has not been installed to one place, no attac.. Singapore really lives up to the statement, " Singapore is an expensive destination for travellers". My review may hurt the business, and it is the way it is. Disappointing

Decent place, value for money, staff can be improved

I stayed there for 4 nights. My last night was separate booking. At 9 AM staff came twice to ask me complete the payment for upcoming night, I found it bit rude, I told them I will come and pay when I freshen up, anyways check in for next night was supposed to be after 12 PM. Also on last date my flight was in night, I checked out early morning and kept my luggage in hall to collect and leave for my night flight but staff was bit hesitant and wanted me to leave properly asap
