Bar area and staff very pleasant

Check in staff rude and unable to charge correctly, bill had to be reworked in the morning. Room very tiered and stayed in much better for the price

Frustrating, really crappy and rude front desk staff

We have stayed there before, great location

Check in was HORRIBKE desk clerk had no idea what she was doing, We waited an Hour to get a room, got there at 4 pm. They charged us for a room upgrade and at check out claimed we had done it through Booking.com. Never did or agreed to an upgrade. Ice machines on 3 floors did not work, had to go on a quest to find a working machine

Very good

Conference that was lovely but could be just a little better.

It was easy to get to room wise and the layout was nice. I liked the beds and the view. The front desk people were very courteous and helpful.

There was no microwave in the room, the charge for parking was a bit astronomical, and the water pressure in shower was not great. The hotel was very nice just wish that there was some conveniences like parking and microwaves.
