Room size and Bathroom with Bath tub

We found Live Cockroaches and insects In the room. Also proper cleaning was not done since long time all you see dust and spider web Below the bed and under the TV units.

Room was good with good restaurant

Staff has created issues while checking out. They did not check the complete settlement the orevious day and when we are going to airport started saying there is some other pending bills. They let us go to the airport but kept on calling continuously not allowing us time to check the latest invoice sent ir allowing us to collect boarding passes.

Nice one to stay in.

The Ambience & overall location was amazing.

The housekeeping staff wasn't quick to provide things we asked for. There wasn't a proper brightness of the lights in night.

Location. Staff in general.

Swimming pool wasn't accessible during the entire stay. Closed off due events. But never informed during checkin. Bathrooms reek with smell of smoke even on the non smoking floor. Rooms had poor sound insulation. The music and public address system from the events disturbed in the room. Food taste was okay.

Exceptional

I understand breakfast is till 10am but I haven't seen the buffet cleared by 9:55 itself. Normally the cleaning starts at the top of the hour so late comers, who have already paid for breakfast, can still grab a bite. A few items from the buffet were out when I reached 9:30 am and they were never refilled. Didn't expect this from Royal Orchid. The food quality of whatever I could grab was extremely good though.

Very good

Room was good, location is excellent, housekeeping staff is good and are doing their work very well, I stayed in the property for 2 nights no slippers available in the room the stay was good thanks to hotel staff.

Breakfast buffet was not much good and was taste less
