Quaint little gem right in the middle of Edinburgh city centre

Perfect location, spotless clean, had everything we needed.

Being an old building, if the neighbours or people upstairs are heavy footed, the noise can be overwhelming.

Amazing spectacular accommodation.

Amazing clean room was in the right location and not our usual type of booking was amazing so surprised will definitely book again and tell friends and family

The only thing I can say is we Nothing I hated none off it. A suggestion is maybe a shelve in the bathroom to put toiletries on

The noise upstairs

The location was fabulous.

The noise from upstairs after midnight was horrendous. I messaged the host and didn't receive a response. The bathroom was full of mould and the room wasn't big enough for two people.

Fantastic place to stay.

The location was perfect for playing tourist. The facilities were very clean and comfortable, the instructions to get into the property very clear. Stairs were a bit of a climb but were also quite a giggle at the end of the night. Had a bit of a Harry Potter feel going in. Highly recommend and hope to stay again.

Great room, clean and cosy and a perfect location.

Great location. Really nice and cosy room. Was really clean and well looked after. There was a little welcome box when we got there. Just a perfect room for a couple of nights in Edinburgh. The room was located just behind the royal mile and was a 5/10 minute walk from the Christmas market.

City centre location with the castle on your doorstep. Well equipped and beautifully decorated rooms.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and well equipped for short stays - kettle, cups, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, towels, shower gels etc.

The heating was sometimes a little unpredictable - E.g. when the radiator was set at 5 (full blast) and the temperature was set to 21/22 degrees, it still wouldnt come on. However, this was only a minor issue that didnt bother us too much.
