Fantastic base in Hanoi, comfy beds

5 minutes away from the Lake, but still had a quiet peaceful sleep. Fantastic area to stay from Fri-Sat as the streets turn into a traffic-free area for night entertainment. Comfy beds, clean room. The staff was fantastic with dealing with enquiries, not pushy with selling tours and other services. Bell boy went above and beyond when a taxi needed to pick us up, and the road was closed due to the area turned into a walking street. He carried our heavy luggage out 3-4 min away.

Ant problem, some crawled into my bed and bit me.

Pictures on the website are a bit misleading. Seemed like a reasonably comfortable space in the photos but the room was quite cramped. But a good trade off for the location. Everything in the old quarter is walkable from here. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
