Very enjoyable

I extended my stay an extra day with manager on Christmas eve dinner but it never got booked Shomchi helped us every breakfast and was outstanding!

The view is just fantastical

Its a huge place and you feel more in a city than in a hotel. Stayed in Honeymoon suite but missed the romance..

This hotel absolutely worth the money we paid for

Everything was amazing! the view, the rooms, the beach and the pools. I absolutely loved the sunset view, you can watch it from either your balcony, the beach or the pool.

The closest 7eleven is about 25 to 30 minutes away!! So if you want to buy something, buy it before coming to the hotel. The food served in the hotel was a bit expensive.

Therere 2 bed room in my unit. One bed room has no windows. No hair dryer, super cold and cant change the temperature.

Decent stay, wouldn't come back

Private, right on the beach. The rooms were clean, fast wifi and the shower pressure was great. Overall, decent stay.

You cannot walk into the town easily. The main road into the hotel is basically only accessible by car. In order to go into town, you have to walk down to the beach and then up another set of stairs through a different hotel restaurant. Food is not good. Would recommend going into Pattaya city to find better, more authentic thai food.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is in a great location

It is tired, the lifts near our room were shabby and needed upgrading. The room did not meet my expectations of five star luxury. Our room was situated near a terrace where on four occasions they had private functions which were noisy and in the end we requested a room change.

Probably one of the best locations, close enough to walking street, but far enough to be quiet. Nice property, but hotel does need an upgrade. Furniture in rooms is ok, but kind of old, its time to replace it. They shuttle you to the guard shack and there are guys hanging out there ready to take you anywhere. To walking street for 2 people is 100 batt, dont pay more.

Disappointing

Its a lovely setting beach access but the hotel is outdated

Where the property was situated, the access to the beach, the staff were very friendly, the food was lovely.

It isn't five star it is tired and needs refurbishing, the lifts in particular were very unpleasant. The room we were allocated did not match that shown on the picture, whilst it was big and had a lovely veranda the bathroom was a surrounded by glass and the bath shower and loo were all in the same space the only privacy was by drawing a shower curtain around.
