We had to leave Israel due to the conflict. We booked and paid for three nights but only stayed one. We were refused a refund of the remaining nights even though we were fleeing a war zone. We got out safely which is the most important thing but upset that we could not get a refund because we booked with booking.com

good location

I really liked the location. The hotel hall is good, breakfast is good. Small room, and they don't clean it properly.

I didn't like the treatment that some employees give to guests. For example, one day it took 27 minutes for my car to arrive, another day the security guard stopped me and asked for my ID, I refused to show it and demanded that he ask everyone to come in! He was rude, and I chose not to complain to him at the time, he was prejudiced, and instead of seeing me leave the hotel 2.3 minutes earlier, he was on his cell phone! I recommend security monitoring with a fisheye camera, and systems that are more respectful of guests.

Location was superb / perfect. Breakfast had lots of choice, but for my choices, was expensive. Room was big with a super sea view

Pool area shut at 6 which was too early for me, after work. The same pool area opened too late to have a swim before work. Overall the pool are times were too short
