Disappointing

Not the best choice

The Staff are really good and the location is not bad at all.

- The kitchen does not has a single equipment (ie. no microwave, pans, spoons or plates) - The Chalet is very old and needs to be updated - Carpets are old and dirty - overall the hotel needs update - definitely not worth the amount I paid to stay there

Too expensive for what the hotel has to offer. Will never come back and cannot recommend it.

Location

Old room with old furniture, poorly equipped with non functional WiFi and no TV channel for non arabic visitor. No comfort. White and cold lighting in all rooms.

Exceptional enjoyment

The cleanliness of the room Spacious room and comfortable for family enjoyment The staff are kind and decent, especially the reception ladies. Special thanks to Mariem, Marelyn and Adrelyn. Restaurant staff is remarkably decent, foor varieties are a lot and delicious. Spa and fitness center team is nice and friendly, thanks for all of them. The view is amazing, eye-catching, and relaxing.

Very welcoming place, we had a loot of fun and on top of that the price was fair

Superb location, nice beach for diving and snorkeling.

We decided to have breakfast outside and we got ambushed by an army of flies, I know ots outdoor and hard to control but is 2023 there are options for that.

location is good

furniture is too old , not clean enough, the carpet is dirty, the bed sheets are too old ,, lights in the chalet are too dark .. the boiler was broken too
