Great hotel in a great location.

The hotel was really well located and very modern and clean. The staff were most helpful. The hotel does not provide food but the patisserie below was excellent.

Superb

Location is perfect with access to a lot of attractions, restaurants and transport options. Hard to get a coffee before 8am however the in-house coffee machine helped.

Excellent location close to all the main tourist attractions. Walking distance to the Rialto bridge and a stones throw from St Mark's square. Only 2 stops on the vaparetto from the main train station. They provided free yoghurt and juices in the room daily which was a lovely touch.

While the TV is a smart TV, it was not connected to the internet which meant no access to Netflix which is a shame. But again this is a very minor issue all things considered.

Would definitely stay here again

Perfect location- so close to San Marco & all the amenities but yet very quiet at night. The room we were allocated was in the Rosa Salva Suites which was large, modern & excellent shower.

Nice hotel but staff ignoring clients

Between San Marco and Rialto, very spacious and clean room. Modern, everything needed during the stay was there. Would recommend the hotel because of these reasons.

Very loud group of people, having a party in the room next to me, shouting and singing so it was impossible to sleep. Called the reception after 2am and asked to please let them know that they should be quiet now. Nothing happened, staff didn't even pass by or called them (even though the man said so on the phone). So the group continued to be loud for another 1,5 hours, sleep was impossible until 4am. Considering that it's not a hostel and not cheap (and it wasn't my first time there), I would expect the staff to at least try to do something about this so the other guests can sleep. The staffmember that checked me in and checked me out the next morning was friendly, appologized and wanted to offer a coffee. Not his fault though. Sad this ruined the experience.
